[OVERVIEW]
Responsible for existing and newly launch products by developing strategies that will develop value proposition with competitive advantages. Analysis business performance including revenue, OP, marketing KPIs and determine what strategies will be successful. Provide go-to market strategy, market intelligence and insight in collaboration with BD team to capture future opportunities
[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
Develop and implement marketing strategies with engagement of the *** sales and internal & external cross functional team in line with SPARK (Regional brand plan) Responsible for business objectives including sales, net profit, demand forecast, price, and budget management. Contribute to increase *** company’s presence in the market through success of brand. Work closely with *** sales team to ensure clear understanding of marketing programs and responsible for sales team product training. Work closely with regional marketing team to align brand strategy. Develop and enhance key customer relationship and partnership. Provide go- to market strategy, market intelligence and insight in collaboration with business development team in healthcare industry. Working on multiple topics concurrently with tight deadlines from current business and new BD projects. Ensure all promotional activities are fully compliant.
자격요건
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred Language : Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) Experience : over +5 years career of marketing in Pharma industry, Experiences in new product launch and multi-channel marketing in Pharma (ETC) industry is default, Experiences in Oncology and rare disease therapeutic area is preferred Others : Strong drive for results, Strategic business planning and project management, Ability to work in a complex environment

Good knowledge and understanding of ETC marketing Possesses a proven command of classic & New trend marketing disciplines Strong analytical and organizational skills with strategic thinking abilities. Proactively driving customer satisfaction and demand. Fluent English and Good communication and interpersonal skills
