- Lead and drive Plan-Do-See process as well as key action planning to deliver or improve shipment, depletion and market share for business
- Involve managing performance of key outlet interventions, managing product allocation
◈ 경력 요건
- Experience of working in sales environment for more than 15 years in FMCG industries
- Experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing / Shopper Marketing
- Able to drill down and grasp the details which drive successful brand promotion programs on venues
- Proven understanding of budget and forecast and key elements
- Strong communication skills
