An international technology company is searching for a Country Manager. The selected applicant will be driving growth, exceeding regional sales targets, and developing Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth with urgency and exceed assigned regional sales targets
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to executive management
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and attend sales presentations to close key deals
  • Hire, supervise, develop, and mentor a world-class sales team
  • Formulate the Go-To-Market Strategy to enable the platform to scale in the market
  • Work with Marketing to design and execute appropriate business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above (engineering or technical background is preferred)
  • Experience in direct professional sales including C-level clients
  • Prior sales management experience
  • Strong executive network across key customers in Korea
  • Knowledge of the Korean market dynamics related to petrochemical, energy, oil, and gas
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
