About The Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our South Korea Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What Youll Do ◆ Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENTs impact. ◆ Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert. ◆ Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution. ◆ Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities. ◆ Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution. ◆ Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.

◆ Are fluent or bilingual in English ◆ Are native level of Korean ◆ Have a passion for Customer Success and language learning ◆ Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and adapt easily to change ◆ Are organized, methodical and able to adapt as the projects are varied ◆ Have good analytical skills ◆ Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus!
