[업무내용 및 지원자격]
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Sales order Management including managing open
sales orders, quote creation, delivery tracking
- Responsible
for all aspects of I&Q and Warranty
order Management including managing MRP run, internal PO creation, delivery
tracking, expediting
- Collaborate
with across the organization including key stakeholders and colleagues from
Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Service team
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor`s
degree in relevant fields
- More
than 5-10 years of CSR/Spares Planner experience, preferably in semiconductor
equipment industry
- Proven
customer support experience
Skills:
- Fluent
English skill
- Familiar
with Excel & SAP
- Can
learn and apply new information or skills
- Ability
to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
