1. Lead Customer Sales Growth and Maintenance
- Manage Consumer Care sales team (Personal Care, Home care)
- Customer visits, calls, manage lead inquiries and overall follow up
(sales calls, messages, R&D, marketing)
- Grow sales by developing and implementing account plans
2. Other customer related projects/duties
- Set up presentations and special projects for customers
- Negotiate pricing with customer purchasing departments
3. Maintain Company Databases
- Call reports, correspondence log, monthly / quarterly reports,
sales & opportunity updates, forecasting and margin management
4. Maintain local market knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of competitive situations
- Stay up to date on industry trends/issues
