The Assistant Controller plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial tasks. Working closely with the Controller and finance team, the Assistant Controller will assist in managing financial analysis.

The Assistant Controller will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

[ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY] 

· Conducting financial budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and presenting findings.

· Monitoring and supporting budgetary processes, identiying variances, and providing recommendations for improvement.

· Preparing quarterly memorandum report analyzing the actual data.

· Providing the management reports to related teams.

· Performing the financial analysis by store/channel and provide the accurate view of operations.

· Developing and managing financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.

· Collaborating with cross-funcional teams to understand and support business objectives.

· Ensuring compliances with financial regulations and standards.

[REQUIREMENTS] 

· Bachelor`s degree in Finance. Accounting or related field is preferred.

· Multinational fashion retail industry experience is plus.

· Fluent in English is plus.

· Expertise or strong interests in data analyzing with numbers.

· Time commitment of various reporting due date.

· Sufficient work skill with MS Office (Excel).

· Flexible, adaptable, problem-solving

· Must be able to perform within a fast-paced environment.
