[Summary] We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Planning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing internal capacity, and aligning supply and demand to meet customer requirements. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, optimizing supply chain costs, and maintaining the integrity of Product Master Data.
[Responsibilities] 1. Lead and facilitate the Demand Planning and Market S&OP(IBP) process, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 2. Utilize statistical demand forecasting techniques to analyze market demand and finalize consensus forecasts, considering historical data and market trends. 3. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop the consensus forecast, incorporating input market intelligence, and ensuring alignment with business goals. 4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support on time product launches and ensure seamless integration of product portfolio into the supply chain. 5. Foster effective communication and collaboration with regional and market supply chain partners, commercial marketers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and execute an optimal supply plan to meet business targets while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing carrying costs. 7. Conduct regular reviews of planning parameters with regional partners to determine stock supply and replenishment needs. 8. Set up and manage master data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity. 9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, optimize inventory management, and reduce costs. 10. Maintain sound KPIs related to forecast accuracy, inventory performance and service level such as DOS, OTIF, MAPE, FVA, ESO and write off cost. 11. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain process.
[Requirements] - 5+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Strong proficiency in demand planning methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving approach, and adaptability to change. - Advanced skills in MS Office suite, including proficiency in Macro, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate preferred. - Experience with SAP systems or related certificate is a plus. - Fluent in English and Korean, both oral and written. - APICS(American Production and Inventory Control Society) Certification or equivalent preferred.
