1.포지션 : Quality manager

-Roles & Responsibilities

.Heading the Quality department in Dangjin Plant incl. areas: Plant Operations Quality, 

Customer Quality, Incoming Quality, Project Quality Engineering, Metrology, 

Product Safety & Conformity, Risk & Compliance, Warranty

.Driving the quality of processes and product outputs

.Supervising pre-development projects from a quality perspective

.Reviewing that developed products meet customer requirements

.Monitoring & confirming incoming parts quality

.Testing & validation during production

.Managing processes, methods and tools in test and calibration laboratories

.Ensuring product safety & conformity for internal and for the customer

.Handling warranty cases at customer

.Reporting to both Plant Director and Regional Quality Director

2.자격요건

.10 years ~ 15 years at PQ/PQE

.Degree / Studies in Electrics, Manufacturing, Technology or other related field

.Management skills to head a department of ~20 employees (internal & external)

.Ability to train and coach employees in problem-solving tools, e.g. QRQC, 8D, 5 Why

.Expert knowledge in industry quality standards, e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA6.3

.Confident representation of company in front of both customer and supplier

.Supportive attitude to collaborate in the cross-functional plant management team

.Intercultural experience / work experience in global teams (ideally in MNC)

.Excellent presentation & communication skills (English fluent is a must)
