Sales Insight Sr. Manager position will be responsible for driving superior
sales performance through the development, delivery and presentation of
industry-leading category insights in South Korea. The person in this role will
be required to understand the needs of both the consumer & retailers and to
be able to forge effective stories through analyzing business and consumer
data. This person is accountable for providing actionable recommendations to
both internal and external stakeholders to think bigger and broader in what it
means to win with distribution and assortment, category business, shelf resets,
innovation, and more. The position will have active participation and
leadership in key business planning meetings.
? Construct compelling narratives that explain key category growth initiatives
and strategies to key internal stakeholders and our customers
? Evaluate category and consumer data from multiple sources to draw insights
that lead to conclusions with actionable recommendations that promote overall
category growth and profitability
? Leverage your intellectual curiosity and strategic problem-solving skills to
identify new opportunities
? Create tools & presentations for key internal stakeholders that inform
decisions and make them more effective & efficient by distilling complex
data and information down to key drivers
? Collaborate with multifunctional teams across Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand,
Consumer Insights to drive engagement with new strategies and support new
product launches

A critical thinker with an expertise transforming large sets of data into a
compelling story. A confident self-starter that do not look to others for
solutions but to roll up their sleeves to collaborate at the highest level. A
mature professional with track record of resilience. Knowledge of financial
& business acumen and the ability to quantify the financial impact on
assortment decisions and promotional performance.
? Bachelor’s Degree
? Experience in creating and presenting business stories, rooted in data, that
address growth opportunities and solve consumer, brand & retailer problems
? Previous experience in Consumer Goods, Category Development or other
analytical role is preferred but not requirement
? Industry experience in creating and presenting business stories rooted in
data
? Global Consulting/ FMCG Industry preferred
