WAM Coordinatig
1) Implimenation of WAM
     - Implement and sustain WAM- (World Class Armacell Mindset) in plant.
     - Improve the participation level of shop floor colleagues through this and    resulting in improvement        of losses.

2) Train Employees
   - A deep knowledge of WAM Method and Tool, proven by practical usage..
   - Regular feedback to the corporate leaders.
   - Suggestions/proposals to standard training materials.

3) Continuous Improvement 
    - Preparation of Plant route map, KPIs & KAIs, required reports.
    - To assist Plant Manager to perform the related WAM manufacturing audits.

4) Drive WAM
   - Monitoring progress using Project management.
   - To constantly reinforce on site the use of WAM Tools.

5)  Analyze Loss reduction to reduce it
   -  Recognize losses and increase the level of data collection so that losses can be identified, stratified, and prioritized.

6) Reporting & Compliance 
   - Preparation of Plant route map, KPIs & KAIs, required reports as per corporate/regional requirements.
  
7) Development 
   - To sustain his/her level of knowledge about all WAM training materials content.

자격 요건
Professional Experience
    -  Minimum of 10years experience in hands-on operational roles or manufacturing.
    -  3-5 yrs in World Class Maufacturing (Lean) Leader/ Six Sigma Leader

 

Required skils/knowledge :
    - Experience applying WCM Processes such as Loss identification, VSM, Poka-yoke, 5S, etc 
    - Experience applying Problem Solving Tools such as Tag, OPL, QK, EWO, SK/MK/SMED,
   - Understanding of WCM 7 Steps and 7 Type of losses
   - Strong Analytical ability 
   - Project Management skills
   - High Result Orientation, energy & drive
   - Presentation Skills
   - Interpersonal Skills
