- - As Hub Sales Manager you will support the team for possible clarifications and customer interactions until PM20
- - For projects (after PM20) you will be responsible throughout the bidding phase including clarification with customers, obtaining management approvals (LoA’s), negotiations until contract closure e.g.
- Analyzing customers request for quotation and clarifying the RFQ - Structure the project in terms of partner and technology selection - Defining the winning strategy and defining the unique selling prepositions for this bid - Setting up and leading the proposal team - Coordinating the offer preparation and working out of the technical bid documents - Coordinating LoA’s (including preparation of the LoA documentation and presenting the technical part) - Contract negotiation / transfer meeting to execution
자격요건 - At least 10 years’ experience in OEM, EPC, Owner or Consulting related to power generation business with Gas Turbine and -preferable- Combined Cycle knowledge - Professional project management knowledge (cost, schedule, risks, stakeholder management), preferably with Proposal experience - Resilient to stress and good in time management - Winning personality, able to listen and understand stakeholder`s views, able to communicate clearly to various audiences and different management levels, preferably with experience in various Asian cultures. - Willing to travel at 10% - 30% of the time. Our Sales team for Asia Pacific is covering South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, Korea and Japan. - You as the Hub Sales Manager will be working in close collaboration with Hub Sales team in Germany (technical, commercial and legal functions) and the Country Representatives & Commercial team in the region.
