본 포지션은 Parker Hannifin Connetctors 소속이며 근무지는 판교 입니다. 
3년 이상의 반도체 마켓 경험, 특히 CVD, Etching쪽의 Application 경험자를 우대합니다.

모집분야 및 자격요건

Position Summary:

 -         Responsible for FCG(Fluid Connector Group) products sales to distributon and targeted OEM for profitable 

      growth (Samsung, Hynix and Tier 1 Suppliers such as TES,SEMES,SEMICS,PSK,Wonink & others)

-          Responsible for profitable sales growth of FCG products through premier customer service, new products, cross          sales and new channel development to existing and  new customers.

-          Develop strong distribution channel to grow Semiconductor market 



Responsibilities

-          Research market trends/information and competitors climate to analyze the current/future market situation

-          Develop & implement business plan for Semiconductor market to secure profitable share gain

-          Develop new business/accounts opportunity

-          Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Semiconductor’s application/products mapping by all of customers based on

            new/on-going projects          

-          Call to core team meeting with internal/external customers to achieve business plan

-          Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights ; creates innovative products for business growthContinually seek            to  promote new product ideas and applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing  

            customers


Scope/Supervision & Interaction

-          Develop profitable growth strategies with regard to new distribution channel, new accounts, new business

            opportunities     

-          Work closely with Group/Division for supporting market/customer needs

-          Communicating and participate in developing program relative with Oversea division. 

 

Qualifications:

-          Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering major is preferred

-          Min. 5 years sales engineering experience in the Semiconductor market

-          Need more marketing and business development background

-          Project management skills

-          Build and maintain relationship w/ key person of the customers side in Semiconductor market

-          Fluent in spoken and written English

-          Positive Thinking and Proactive Mind
