Summary
Serves as the shift supervisor during assigned shift. Provides strong customer service, access control, loss prevention, incident response, observation, and reporting of all safety and security incidents.
Essential functions

- ? Manages the physical security operations during assigned shift at a Microsoft datacenter.
- ? Monitors cameras, manages site temporary badges, processes site access authorization tickets, and maintains logs and records in accordance with the instructions contained in applicable datacenter standard operating procedures.
- ? Supervises, dispatches, and provides general training of other officers during shift.

- ? Identifies and escalates issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- ? Reviews all reports written during shift.
- ? Ensures all scheduled posts are filled.
- ? Briefs oncoming shifts on incidents taking place during shift.
- ? Identifies security shortfalls and offers suggestions for improving the security program.
- ? Performs additional security tasks assigned by the site security manager or the administrative officer.
- ? Maintains documentation and follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits.
