담당업무

1. Achieve business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price on an annual basis. Manage expenses within budget. Increase company’s leadership position in the market. 
2. Serve as the subject matter expert for our products, competitive strategies and products, procedures, surgical techniques, and the innovation landscape.  Stay connected with market needs through frequent interaction with customers - travel with sales consultants, attend industry meetings, review medical journals, etc. 
3. Partner closely with Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with product strategy. 
4. Develop relationships with customers and key targets. Support sales efforts by participating in sales activities aimed at converting or retaining key customers. Ensure frequent and efficient communication with the sales team regarding company strategies, product launches and other key initiatives.
5. Be responsive in requests from customers and sales consultants. Work collaboratively with other functional areas to ensure business issues are addressed.


자격요건

- Bachelor’s degrees and above
- 10+ years experience in marketing/sales in healthcare industry
- Business/strategic planning and/or new product/service development experience preferred
- Outstanding and clear communication skills; ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely
- Strong project management/drive with setting/delivering specific, measurable objectives
- Agile and able to change behavior across range of situations, strong change management capabilities
- Strategic business partnership: cross-functional leadership, understanding of organizational dynamics, influencing skills, and innovation       
- Proactive & positive & innovative mind
- Business and financial acumen
- Good inter-personal relationship
- Fluent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
