A Sales Manager IC position is now available at a global medical device manufacturer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of executing business strategies that grow the business, meet annual sales quotas, and ensure profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive annual and long-term business results for the division
  • Execute business strategies to grow the business and meet annual sales quotas and profitability targets
  • Lead major strategic sales initiatives such as developing major accounts and introducing new products
  • Nurture customer relationships with key opinion leaders that influence the company’s business
  • Manage distributors in the assigned territory, including appointment/termination of distributors
  • Utilise market research and competition data to devise country-specific strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Identify market trends through analysis and develop action plans to address these trends
  • Motivate and retain a high-performance sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, biology, or health science domain
  • More than 10 years of sales experience in marketing innovative medical devices or technologies
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in interventional cardiology and interventional radiology
  • Experience in leading and developing a sales or distributor team
  • Knowledge of cardiology and vascular products
  • Strong KOL management
  • Understanding of distributor business model
