Data analysis

  ㆍData-Driven Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies based on data analysis, focusing on increasing user acquisition, retention.
  ㆍAnalysis of User Acquisition and Retention: Analyze various channels (media, search, CRM campaign) to acquire and retain users.  ㆍConsumer Behavior Analysis: Analyze 1st party consumer behavior data collected within the CRM platform to understand customer behavior patterns, preferences, pet’s golden moment in the lifecycle.  ㆍPerformance Analysis: Set a goal, monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.  ㆍData Analysis Report: Create, review and share CRM insight via regular report (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) to ensure all the activities are met for required KPIs.
Data orchestration

  ㆍData Integration: Combining data from different sources, involving various data types and formats, into a single, coherent data set.
  ㆍData Quality Assurance: Implementing processes and rules to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable.  ㆍData Delivery Management: Ensuring that processed data is distributed to the right systems or stakeholders efficiently and securely.  ㆍCompliance and Security: Managing data in compliance with regulations and ensuring that data is secure throughout its lifecycle.
지원자격 (Growth Marketing _data analysis)
  ㆍ+- 5 years Experience in Performance or growth marketing.
  ㆍData Ethics: Understanding and adhering to ethical considerations and data privacy principles  ㆍData Analysis Skills: The ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions is vital. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms is often required.  ㆍCommunication Skills: Ability to translate complex data findings into understandable terms and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.  ㆍProblem-Solving: Applying data insights to solve business problems and make informed decisions.  ㆍCross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with teams from different departments to align data insights with broader business strategies  ㆍStatistical Analysis: Understanding and applying statistical methods to interpret data trends and patterns.
  ㆍData Mining: Extracting valuable information and patterns from large datasets.  ㆍPredictive Modeling: Using data to create models that predict future trends and outcomes.
