Order Processing Officer

Order Processing Officer

Position : Order Processing Officer (Korea, full-time)


Company : Neuman & Esser Korea Co. Ltd., (subsidiary of Neuman & Esser Group in Germany)


Reports to: General Manager of NEA Korea



Key Responsbilities :

  • Purchaser and store keeper

    • Issue PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order)

    • Report PO list to accounting manager monthly

    • Follow up on order confirmation from HQ (Germany/USA/Thailand) 

    • Receive incoming goods from courier and forwarder

    • Recheck quantities of incoming goods

    • Prepare stock form and the offer to be approved by Manager / Division Manager / MD and submit to accounting team for issuing invoice

    • Prepare labels for goods

    • Contact forwarder for delivery of goods to agent/customers

    • Follow shipping documents from shipping department (Germany/USA/Thailand)

    • Notify shipment and send shipping document to agents/customers

    • Send shipping documents to accounting for issue invoice to agents/customers

    • Update stock parts, PPE (Safety Personal Protection Equipment) and consumables (in and out)


  • Document Control

    • Update / upload quotations and orders in CRM System

    • Record Spare parts or each order in file

    • Record delivery (delay / on time) in spare parts list

    • Scan and keep all shipping documents in files and system

    • Provide feedback on customers request

    • Ad hoc assignment from general manager and managing directors


  • Sales and Service Department

    • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email

    • Recheck service rate of each country and confirm with General Manager / MD

    • Prepare quotation and Order Confirmation offer for approval by General Manager / MD and submit to customers

    • Follow order from customers

    • Coordinate and support required document for VISA, Hotel, Taxi etc

    • Coordinate and support required equipment, tool and manpower

    • Pre-invoice and send shipping document to accounting team for issuing the commercial invoice


Job Specification 

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or Administrative or Finance & Accounting or Mechanical Engineer

  • Skill and Experience : 3-5 years in Quotation preparation, 2 year in Document control, Key account Sales 

  • Language: Korean (Native) and English (Fluent)
