[담당업무]
- To contribute to achieving maximum customer satisfaction (by
professional performance, appropriate customer communication and taking
care of customer requests)
- To support achieving high and sustainable profitability (by efficient
working)
- To support increasing the service business (by forwarding information
on cross-selling potential and leads to responsible persons)
- To help delivering high quality service and providing feedback to the
management and quality)
- Prepare and support the preparation of (own) service activities.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance as well as calibrations
based on available, guidelines (depending on skill level)
- Document services performed by using defined templates (calibration
protocols, service reports)
- User support (depending on skill level)
- Provide
useful feedback on optimization potentials, customers, products and services to
management, support organization, product and quality management.
[자격 요건]
- more than 3 years of experience in area of expertise
- Education: Above college degree
- Major in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering,
Mechatronics or related field required
- Resident of Ulsan, Busan/Gimhae Changwon, South Gyeongsang-do,
South Korea
- Language: English Technical communication in reading and writing
MS Office : Utilize Excel,
Powerpoint and Word
경남지방(울산, 김해, 창원 등) 거주자를 우대하며,
채용 후 최소 3개월 간 안산 사무실에서 장비 및 기술 교육이 예정
