RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play an integral role, as part of the property maintenance team to ensure equipment are maintained at high standards
- Will be based on site to conduct routine inspections of equipment and maintenance of automation equipment & machinery on which included mechanical electrical/electronic system (PLC) with stakeholder
- Schedule regular inspection and servicing to ensure functionality of all equipment and systems with stakeholder
- Carry out corrective service and repair where necessary
- Responsible for managing process control system & PLC modifications/project in design, specification, installation, commissioning in accordance with established change control procedure.
- To exercise all works in accordance with the specified standard and quality
- Effectively manage relationship with customers, extend value added services and always ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for providing supports to the tenants as well as to attend their request/feedback on the maintenance related matters
- To liaise with principal on unresolved technical problem
- Prepare reports and filing of records

REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering but will consider applications with equivalent work-related experience are also welcome
- Relevant experiences in machine electrical control and knowledge in PLC
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with customer handling experience
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workloads with minimal supervision
- Independent worker and a good team player
- Able to work on weekend and shifts
- Able to travel
