HR Specialist supports Country HR Manager with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, benefit program as well as the administration of compensation and benefits across Korea. In addition, HR Specialist will assist in the sourcing the candidates and training program to match the countries needs and provide administrative support. (Contractor/육휴대체 position)
Main responsibility 1. Staffing process for office and retail - Hire permanent employees across all different skill groups contributing to the growth for the Korea office measuring the success by key recruiting metrics such as sourcing channel mix, candidate profiles, position per sourcing channel.
- Be responsible for the execution of from onboarding to exit process to deliver meaningful associate experience
2. Employees Relations/communication - Analyze employee survey results and make recommendations for improvement where applicable
- Organize company events across brand/department
3. Compensation & Benefit - Keep abreast with market practices to ensure that they are current, relevant and competitive
- Manage the payroll process with VF payroll vendor.
- Manage VFK benefit program
4. Policies and Procedures - Maintain & update the Employee Handbook aligned with legal Ensure process & operations documentation is nurtured, sustained and renewed within organization
- Be responsible for delivering process and systems training to teams
5. HR Record & Filing - Maintain and update HR database of both office and retail employees
- Collate payment data of daily employed workers and independent contractors and communicate it to accounting firm every month
6. Induction and Onboarding - Properly filing relevant documents of new associates
- Facilitate onboarding session
7. HR services & administration - Answer to day-to-day HR related queries
- Issue various employment certificate upon request
- Keep physical environment of office pleasant and comfortable
8. Provide support to the HR Manager on country level HR projects where needed.
Qualification & Experience Needed · Bachelor’s degree and above · 3+ years HR Professional experience · Clear vision in HR career · English proficiency, both written and spoken · Strong communication skills
