- 일하기 좋은 100대 기업중 19위 Position Summary: Develop, establish and execute marketing strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. - Responsible for assigned channel and products’ marketing plan & activities. - Set up marketing strategy and marketing program with marketing team. - Ensure all marketing plans reflect market/customer needs and activities are flawlessly implemented. - Work with sales team in sales & marketing activity planning and execution. - Understand healthcare compliance and regulations and make sure all marketing activities are compliant to the updated regulations - Regularly catch up with regional marketing team for branding strategy and other AP core standard principles or programs.
Position Requirements and Competency Measurements Experience & Education : - Minimum 8 years experience in sales and marketing, or More than 6 years of marketing experience are required - Sales and Marketing careers in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics/beauty related products are preferred - Consumer/OTC products experience or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred - Sales and Marketing Experience in handling customers in clinics is required - Understanding of health care industry regulation is required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrate an interest in Marketing and/or the Aesthetics/Beauty market - Be organized and work well in a group setting - Must be able to problem solve and use good judgment in decision-making - Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Must good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Be good at multi-tasking
