담당업무 

- 해외 고객사 영업 및 관리 (국내 진출해 있는 해외기업의 영업관리)

- 해외 파트너사와의 비즈니스 소통 (영어 및 일본어 필수)

- 해상 및 항공 화물 콘테이너 수출입 업무 (스페이스 부킹, B/L발행, EDI신고, 육상운송 스케줄링)

- 해외이사 서류 작성 및 관리 (이사화물 목록작성, 수출입에 필요한 통관서류 취합, 이사 일정계획)

- 이사 현장에서의 외국인 화주 응대 및 현장 관리 (영어 및 일본어 필수)

- 인보이스 발행 및 수금 업무

자격 요건

- 한국어 및 비즈니스 영어, 일본어 가능자 (업무 이메일 및 현지 언어로 통화 및 현장응대 가능)

- 글로벌 물류 및 이사 분야에서의 경험 우대

- 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력

- 학력, 국적 무관 (비자 지원 가능)

교육 및 급여

 - 첫 3개월 교육 기간: 세전 250만원 (사무실과 현장에서 고객을 처음 담당하여 업무의 시작부터 끝까지 여러 번 숙달될 때까지 반복 훈련)

- 3개월 후, 경력 및 업무 능력에 따라 300만원에서 450만원 사이로 측정

- 영어 혹은 일어만 가능자 300만원에서　350만원 

- 영어 및 일본어 가능자 350만원에서 450만원

추가수당

- 차량 운영 가능 시 월 추가 수당 (1톤 10만원, 2.5~3.5톤 10만원, 5톤 이상 30만원)

- 이사 현장에서 슈퍼바이저 업무 및 이사 작업 가능 시 추가수당

   (일/500파운드 이상 월 15만원, 일/800파운드 이상 월 25만원, 일/1000파운드 이상 월 50만원)

- 언어 교육비 지원

Global Logistics Specialist Wanted

Hello. We are a global logistics specialist, TONG-IN International, currently seeking an experienced overseas relocation expert.

Responsibilities

- Sales and management of overseas clients (Managing business operations for international companies based in Korea)

- Communication with overseas partner companies (Fluency in English and Japanese is required)

- Handling sea and air freight container import/export tasks (Space booking, B/L issuance, EDI filing, land transportation scheduling)

- Documentation for international relocation (Compiling a list of relocation items, gathering customs clearance documents, planning relocation schedules)

- Interacting with foreign clients on-site during relocations (Fluency in English and Japanese is required)

- Invoice issuance and payment collection

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Korean, business-level English, and Japanese (Able to handle work emails and communicate with clients in their local languages)

- Preferred experience in global logistics and relocation

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills

- No restrictions on education background or nationality (Visa support available)

Training and Compensation

- First 3 months training period: Pre-tax 2.5 million KRW (Repeated training from handling clients in the office to on-site until proficiency is achieved)

- After 3 months, salary ranging from 3 to 4.5 million KRW based on experience and job performance

- For English-only speakers: 3 to 3.5 million KRW / For English and Japanese speakers: 3.5 to 4.5 million KRW

Additional Allowances

- Monthly additional allowance for vehicle operation (1 ton: 100,000 KRW, 2.5~3.5 tons: 100,000 KRW, 5 tons or more: 300,000 KRW)

- Additional allowances for supervisory tasks and relocation work on-site (Daily 500 pounds or more: Monthly 150,000 KRW, Daily 800 pounds or more: Monthly 250,000 KRW, Daily 1000 pounds or more: Monthly 500,000 KRW)

- Language education support for those interested
