Main Responsibilities: ? Responsibility for
the quality of the define project. ? Responsibility for
the customer communication and demanding for action and coordination of quality topics ? Demanding of
actions if there is a deviation from the defined objectives and customer
targets. ? Collaborate with engineering and
production teams to address and resolve quality -relate issue promptly. ? Analyzing customer
complaints, coordinating internal and external containment actions ? Determining roots
causes, immediate and permanent corrective actions Qualifications: ? Bachelor`s degree
with engineering background (Industrial engineering preferred) ? At least 5 years
working experience as Customer Quality engineer for Korea & global
automotive customer or equivalent positions ? Excellent Knowledge
of ISO/TS 16949 quality systems and experience of Korea & global quality Process (PPAP, APQP, ISIR, 8D) ? Proficient in
English skills (written and verbal) for effective communication with global
stakeholder. Preferred Skill ? Certification in
quality management (ISO / IATF/ VDA/ 5-STAR / SQ) ? Experience with
quality control software & Tool (Minitab)
