RESPONSIBILITIES

    • - Effectively manage day-to-day tasks as quickly as possible, including assistance       with building the templates, sales content, presentations materials, and proposals.

    • - Mandatory in excellent skill set for creating and building PPT-based materials with     a proper data set which is extracted from NIQ data tools. Effectively develop/build     the PPT- deck such as service introduction materials, proposals, Client roadshow        materials, with following the guideline from the senior team.

    • - Develop the data extracts to find sales opportunities and build the proper analysis     based on the information available from the NIQ.

    • - Create and deliver White Spaces / Analysis of multiple databases that support the     search for opportunities for eCom business .  

    • - Adapt existing content (including, but not limited to, presentations, proposals, and     email templates) for the development of NIQ standard materials/sales pitching           materials .

    • - Effectively manage numerous requests at the same time and within the deadline;       It  includes managing expectations and communicating delays to the leader in a         timely manner.

    • - Good at building the storyline/keyword , with leveraging the desk research.

     - Support product launches by understanding new products/features, serve as a          knowledge resource, and provide timely feedback to the product marketing                department on information requested by both salespeople and customers. 

Qualification

      • - 1-2 years of related work experience in analytics, visual work or sales operations;       A  bachelor`s degree is required.
      • -  Self-motivated, with great attention to detail and great ability to prioritize tasks to     ensure critical business objectives are met.
      • -  Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in different            departments and/or levels of management.
      • -  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
      • -   Experience creating and/or using sales performance reports in a CRM, PowerBI,         or similar software.
      • -   Good written capability preferred in English
