Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be
responsible for Electrical engineer on Construction site to manage general
contractor, vendor print review and quality inspection for the execution of a
project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical,
food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to
·
HV or LV or PA or FA or Lighting or Grounding or MCC or Cable
schedule Electrical drawing Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
·
Management and coordination with client requirement
·
Electrical Execution plan and management or ITP Plan or
commissioning plan
·
Project schedule and cost control and management
·
Coordination for invoice and payment for General contractor
·
Responsible for site inspection and report
·
Construction all related Permits KESCO and Approvals
·
Bill of Materials Take off
·
Coordination and management of vendor and other discipline
·
Technical clarification with vendor and or sub -constructor
·
Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor
·
Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other
disciplines.
·
Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and
procedures
·
Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and
liaison with site general contractor
Requirement
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
·
+10 years’ experience in the electrical
construction / engineering
·
AutoCAD experience is must.
·
Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools
such as Sketch Up, 3D Max Modeling, Revit, etc.
·
Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software
is added value
·
MUST have Engineering Electrical license
·
Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local
legislative regulations / International codes regulations
. Added value in having past work experience in
the multicultural team environment
