- Enhance client experience
& service level in BTQ : You will ensure consistent excellence of the
Maison’s experience for clients and deliver Maison’s client experience service
training program & follow up coaching. You will monitor mystery shopping /
client feedback results and develop action plans. You will also support CRC
team to deliver a seamless omnichannel client service experience including all
knowledge of the services and products. - Coach BTQ and CRC staffs to
elevate talent pool: You will conduct coaching actions that are tailor-made to
the BTQ to improve commercial results and staff productivity. You will provide
motivation & coaching skills tailored to the capabilities of each group. - Draw up a year/monthly
coaching plan & training sessions (focus on in-boutique): You will design a
learning plan tailored to close the knowledge and skills gap. You will develop
coaching activities to adapt the Maison’s training program and method and
propose annual coaching calendar in alignment with the training objectives and
budget. - Assist / Follow up Maison’s
key trainings by the level of knowledge & occasion: You will assist in
conducting induction programs for newcomers (In charge of ensuring the staff’s
soft-landing in terms of Maison & its creation knowledge) and support
training events. You will collaborate with others to enhance training
efficiency and provide better learning & development tools. You will stay
up-to-date with the market trends of a luxury market.

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력4년↑
- 4~9
yrs’ experience in retail or luxury fashion & hospitality industry. - excellent
interpersonal skills and positive attitude. - familiar
with role-playing activities & giving constructive feedback.
- fluent in English. (verbal & written)
