  • 1. Market Research: Understand the market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • 2. Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
  • 3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • 4. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and materials (e.g., sales training, product collateral) to sell the product effectively.
  • 5. Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, and product videos to drive demand and adoption.
  • 6. Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product marketing initiatives` effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.


[Requirement]

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree 
    2. 3~10 years marketing experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry, focusing on Product marketing
    3. Product, procedure and market knowledge of endoscopy will be a plus
    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with product management, sales, and marketing communications teams to launch and support products.
    5. Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing product launches, marketing campaigns, or similar projects.
    6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value propositions and to create compelling marketing materials.
    7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, consumer behavior, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
    8. Creativity: Innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that resonates with the target audience.
