담당업무

Import/Export Logistics Executive is a coordinator between inbound operation of TaylorMade Korea Supply Chain flow. This role is responsible for ensuring on-time inbound operation completion of physical/system flow as well as regulatory process while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
The Logistics Executive needs to be familiar with customs clearance process and warehouse operation while have great communication skill with different external 3rd parties and internal customers. Detail oriented mindset and operation discipline is required and independent work style is beneficial. 
   
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
Warehouse Capacity Monitoring 

  • Closely monitoring warehouse capacity by managing import priority and stock movement between warehouses based on warehouse capacity and demand/Sales Order.
  • Take preventive action to avoid warehouse capacity bottlenecks of inbound/storage/outbound.
  • Escalate expected capacity issue to logistics manager if needed to remove potential bottlenecks and find alternatives.
  • Support & execute Warehouse RCCP(Rough Cut Capacity Plan) process and general warehouse performance tracking.

 
Import and Export Execution 

  • Handling import / export activities by working with forwarder, customs broker, 3PL and internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Production, ASC, Sales, marketing).
  • Partner with forwarder and customs broker to ensure all the import / export related regulations are complied.
  • Closing monthly billing from forwarder and courier service provider after reviewing billing statements
  • Monitor forwarder’s activities to improve inbound lead time.
  • Identify improve opportunities during import and export process both internally and externally and report to manager.
  • Follow up the claim issues regarding short/over shipment and shipping documents error.

 Stock Movement 

  • Handling stock movement between Location in system by working with Demand Planning, C&L (Customer Serviced & Logistics), 3PL to fulfill the demand on time.
  • Transfer Oracle stock movement between storage locations based on allocation.
  • Ensure that physical stocks are matching with record in system/book always and report to manager on time if any issue.

Other duties 

  • Ensure all documentation related to Custom/Duty/Monthly Closing is done in internally and externally and report the status to manager properly.

    Ensure Reports/Import & Export regulatory documents are recorded and kept properly and report the issues to manager properly.
