? Manage sales area/segment to achieve designated sales objectives. ? Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or customers. ? Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers. ? Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information. ? To plan, implement and increase own sales activities and performance in accordance with Company values and operational instructions.
자격요건
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Economics or any other related major ? + 5 years’ experience on manufacturing or service industries-Sales, Business development or Marketing. ? Extensive experience in B2B Sales within Chemical, Pharma, Life science fields. ? Advanced professional knowledge in sales management ? Formation of strong partnerships with leaders within the business. ? High level written and verbal English communication skills. ? Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis. ? High level of data interpretation analytical
