• - Ensure that Store Procedure for Retail Operations are followed properly for the concerned stores.
• - Support teams to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency
• - Collect and consolidate all data: weekly sales, monthly sales, meeting data for reporting
• - Reinforcing business relationship with partners through active communications
• - Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals.
• - Monitoring sales across stores to check that quotas are met.
• - Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.
• - Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
• - Collaborating with Retail team to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
• - Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
• - Informing your Manager of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
• - Report to Retail Manager

• - Strong interpersonal, communication and analytics skills
• - Independent and proactive work attitude

• - Analytic with good use of Excel
• - Fluent in English
