[업무내용]
Facility Management:
-ID card setting and Business card ordering for new
hires and internal transitions as well as leavers
-Monitor inventory status of canteen supplies such
as beverages, milk, coffee and snacks and order short supplies to vendor in
timely manners
-Manage visitor parking tickets and utilization
tracking
-Periodic update of required documents
-Manage e-files and e-folders
-Manage general inquiries
-Support Other ad-hoc facility management
operations
Company Car Management:
-Support planning & ordering of MGT &
Mobility cars considering its replacement period
-Support company car registration and disposal
process
-Mileage Logbook management & consolidation
-Support to create overall status reports by usage
categories to monitor aging of the vehicles
-Handling of management and mobility car user
inquires and requests
-Support Other ad-hoc company car management
operations
Vendor Management:
-Collaborate and communicate with related vendors
-Monthly expense settlement to suppliers

- 급여조건 : 경력에 따른 협의 (최종/희망급여 기재)
- 근무위치 : 서울시 중구 서울스퀘어 (서울역)
- 근무시간 : (월~금) 09:00-18:00 / 주 5일 근무, 1H 휴게시간
