3. 주요 업무  

Report to IMC Team Head, Dotted report to 임원

1.              Lead IMC Strategy and Implementation

-          Lead IMC Strategy with working closely with Market Intelligence team / PR team / Brand team.

-          Develop and execute IMC plan, campaigns, programs to support business / brand initiatives.

-          Lead a consumer marketing content powerhouse.

-  Develop key communication messages.

-   Lead TVC Creative development and Production.

-   Develop core assets for Owned, Paid, Earned Shared media.

-          Develop strategic media plan (ATL, OOH, Digital, BTL)

-          Maximize consumer engagement through various activities.

-          Work closely with local MI, PR and Brand marketing team and APAC to align strategy.

-          Post-campaign analysis. KPI and track regularly to ensure the outcome.

-          A&P budget planning and management

-          Agency management (Advertising, Creative boutique, Digital Marketing, Media)

2.         Digital Marketing

-          Set strategy for CDJ Optimization

-          Strategize & Activate Influencer marketing and engagement programs.

-          Social Media Activation and Management

-  Create sub-culture on IG and New digital media (e.g., Tik-tok, Youtube, etc.)

-   Activate owned channels.

-          SEO / SEA Optimization

3.         People Management

-          People manage, strong team building and capability development.

[Qualification]

  *  Bachelor’ degree (or above)

     *  7~10 years of experience in duties

  *Experienced IMC experiences

  *Excellent expert on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Tiktok, Live streaming platforms)

  *Deep understanding of media performance and contents analysis

  *Good skills of communication and presentation in Both Korean and Business English

  *Experience in Media planning is a plus

  *에이전시(광고, 디지털, 크리에이티브 등) 경력자 

  *기업체 경험 - 기업에서 IMC/브랜드 커뮤니케이션 경력자

  *FMCG(소비재 전반) / 화장품 / 제약 / 의료기기(화장품 관련 선호)

  *Great collaborator and Proactive problem solver
