Logistics Sr. Specialist (Senior Level (10년 이상))

What will you be doing

1.     Import/Export/local distribution Management

1. Ensure appropriateness of import and export transactions in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, correct tariff classification

2. Ensure appropriateness of arrange the export shipment schedule(Air/Ocean) according to each contracted incoterms

3. Ensure that all required import/export declaration permission or other documentation is secured as required

4. Ensure the correct payment of duty, bonded warehouse expense, transportation cost, and other applicable charges in a timely manner

5. Develop and manage 3rd party service providers including customs agent, external 3PL warehouse, transportation vendors (i.e. courier, forwarder, trucker) as per contract and aligned with a corporate policy

6. Manage customs clearance in conjunction with customs agent

7. Manage Customer complaint process of all freight and damage claims

2.     3PL Warehouse management

1. Manage and develop efficiency of 3PL warehouse for supporting Plant Supply chain team’s inventory control, and resolve the day to day issues

2. Support daily inbound and outbound operation process and make sure the shipping condition and storage condition to align with company standard

3.     Other Works

1. Data analysis & reporting

2. Continuous improvement of KPI and internal processes

3. Other duties as assigned by the management

4. Provide back-up support to team members in case of any absences or need

3.   Job Requirements

• +10 years of experience in Logistics and Supply chain especially in the manufacturing business field.

• Hands-on experience of customs clearance, forwarder and 3PL controls.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in international trade or Business administration or equivalent work experience

• Able to work under the initiative, be proactive and good communication.

• Understanding regulations, all local / international laws and exact tariff for dangerous good transportation.

Desired Qualification(Preferred)

• Experience at Multi-national company and/or diverse culture environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP (WM or SD module)

• 수출입/현지유통관리

1. 모든 관련 법규를 준수하여 수출입 거래의 적정성 확보, 올바른 관세 분류

2. 계약된 각 인코텀에 따른 수출 선적 일정(Air/Ocean)의 적정성 확보

3. 필요한 모든 수출입 신고 허가 또는 기타 문서가 필요에 따라 안전한지 확인합니다

4. 관세, 보세창고비, 운송비 및 기타 해당 요금을 적시에 정확하게 납부할 것

5. 세관 대리인, 외부 3PL 창고, 운송 공급업체(즉, 택배사, 포워더, 트럭 운전사)를 포함한 타사 서비스 제공업체를 계약에 따라개발 및 관리하고 기업 정책에 맞게 조정합니다

6. 세관원과 연계하여 통관관리

7. 모든 화물 및 손상 클레임에 대한 고객 불만 프로세스 관리

•  3PL창고관리

1. 플랜트 공급망 팀의 재고 관리를 지원하기 위한 3PL 창고의 효율성 관리 및 개발, 일상적인 문제 해결

2. 일별 인바운드 및 아웃바운드 운영 프로세스를 지원하고 배송 조건 및 보관 조건이 회사 표준과 일치하는지 확인합니다

•  기타 업무

1. 데이터 분석 및 보고

2. KPI 및 내부 프로세스의 지속적인 개선

3. 기타 경영진이 부여한 업무

4. 부재중이거나 필요한 경우 팀원에게 백업 지원

[필요역량]
? 특히 제조 비즈니스 분야의 물류 및 공급망 분야에서 10년 이상의 경험을 하신 분

? 통관, 포워더 및 3PL 제어에 대한 실제 경험 보유하신 분
? 국제통상학 또는 경영학 관련 최소 학사 학위 또는 이와 동등한 경력
? 이니셔티브에 따라 작업할 수 있고, 사전 예방적이고 좋은 의사소통을 할 수 있는 분
? 위험한 제품 운송을 위한 규정, 모든 국내/국제법 및 정확한 관세를 이해 하신 분

[우대사항]

? 다국적 기업 및/또는 다양한 문화 환경에서의 경험이 있으신 분
