General Summary

Responsible for partnering with our customers in assigned territory providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

Key Accountabilities

-. Accountable for the achievement of sales, expense and customer visit frequency targets for assigned territory, as defined by regional plan.

-. Responsible for training and/or supervising field service representative.

-. Effectively communicate with all levels of management, including customer headquarters, distributor channels, and internal Ecolab

-. Demonstrated though knowledge of all accounts SOPs and strong relationship with personnel and key management in the accounts.

-.  Proven ability to take on additional responsibilities /projects, delegated by chain of command, in addition to manage territory adequately.


Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-. At least 2 years of experience in extensive business to business sales.

-. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-. Customer oriented mind.

-. Ability to operate well under pressure.


Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-. Experience in food service, hospitality or grocery environment

-.   Mechanical skills with experience in mechanical installation and repair preferred.

-.   Willing to learn English (No allergy to English)
