- Support, motivate, evaluate, develop and coach their Agents to continually meet and exceed their individual / team targets - Managing their team by monitoring and coaching - Support, motivate, evaluate, develop and coach their Agents to continually meet and exceed their individual / team targets - Completes regular monitoring’s of their teams handled contacts and provide appropriate feedback, coaching and education to ensure Agents meet the minimum client requirements - Provide “real time” support to Agents experiencing difficulties on calls and handles escalated irate and/or upset customers` inquiries promptly & professionally when necessary - Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.

- Native language skills (excellence verbal and written communication skills). - For Near Native OPIC Level 5 or above. - Ability to speak and write English fluently (B2 Level). - Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience. - Ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds. - Strong interpersonal skills, team player and a high level of integrity and professionalism. - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills. - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
