Team Introduction 
Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as TikTok for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions. The mission of Client Solutions Manager is to contribute to the success of our clients through proposing effective and wholesome solutions. By collaborating with different stakeholders, the team aims to grow the business revenue and to lead sustainable growth of the business by providing necessary feedback to our product team. Using the knowledge of our own advertising product and the general knowledge of reservation/performance ads, the team solves the clients' problems with expertise.

 - Manage and consults on complex advertising solutions, proposing full funnel ad solutions in pre-sales pitching stage    with sales team. - Proactively analyze data to plan, setup and optimize performance & branding auction advertisement campaigns - Create best practices through campaigns and share the content internally and externally to elevate the bar of success   of TT campaigns. - Educate clients on TikTok’s advertising processes, products and best practices for performance & branding campaigns - Experience in digital marketing in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platform or media side - Experience in beauty industry would be plus. - Proactive and sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing clients - Self-starter with strong communication skills who can manage strategic client relationships - Fluent in both English and Korean, which could be used as working languages
