Entry Level of Submission Department

* Review submitted loan documents and notify of any missing documents to interested parties

* Run pre- QC report and enter data into our LOS system(accurately)

* Run credit report and be able to associate debts/liabilities into the LOS system

* Strong & efficient communication skills with team members and our clients (mortgage broker company)

Underwriting department

* Underwrite mortgage loan files for agency compliance and investor guidelines. 

* 6 months related experience and formal underwriting training Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

* Approve or approve with conditions loan submission after careful consideration and explore possible alternatives before resorting to a suspense or denial.

자격요건 

- 학력 및 경력: 4년제 대졸 이상 / 무관
- 영어 읽기, 쓰기에 문제 없는 자
 * 업무가 100% 영어로 진행되기 때문에 영어 능력 필수
- 공인 영어 성적이 있는 자
 * TOEIC 800점 이상 or 토익스피킹 Level 6 or 오픽 IM 이상 보유하신 분
 (영어권 해외대학 졸업자 및 4년 이상 영어권 국가에서 거주하신 분은 영어시험 점수 면제)
 * 병역필, 면제 혹은 비대상자이신 분  * 해외 여행에 결격사유가 없으신 분 ) 

전형 절차 

- 1차 서류전형 (합격자 개별 통보)
- 2차 면접 (영어 면접 포함)
  * 면접 일시 서류 전형 합격자에 한해 개별 통보
- 최종 합격자 개별 통보
 * 공인 영어 시험 성적표, 졸업 증명서 (최종 합격자에 한해)
 * 3개월의 수습 기간 있음

근무 시간
- 월요일 ~ 금요일 8:00 ~ 17:00
- 휴일은 미국 휴일 적용. 한국 휴일은 근무(휴일 근로 수당 지급)
- 근무처: 강남구 역삼역
