담당업무
- ㆍMaintaining the office space, furniture and fittings, and liaising with vendors to ensure that they are kept clean and in good repair
- ㆍEnsuring that the office IT equipment and systems are functioning effectively, and liaising with the IT Department and local vendors to address deficiencies
- ㆍMaintaining adequate office stationery and pantry supplies
- ㆍProviding administrative services to the Finance department, including banking and petty cash activities
- ㆍProviding administrative services to the Business Development department, including assistance with promotional materials, feasibility studies, budgets, and agreements
- ㆍPerforming other duties as assigned.
자격요건
ㆍ1년 이상 경력자 우대 ㆍAt least 1year of experience in an administrative role.
우대사항
ㆍPreferably hold a college or university certificate or a degree in a life science or business related field. ㆍIntermediate MS Office skills ㆍExcellent verbal and written English communication skills
