1. 채용 포지션: CRM Jr. Manager 

2. Job Summary & Responsibilities:

1) Membership Management

      -  To deliver world-class client service marked by high levels of responsiveness, accuracy, insight, urgency, attention to details

      - To offer timely interaction to clients who are facing more informed  and confident business decisions.

2)  Project management 

    -  Define new data collection and analysis processes 

     - Personalize individual consumer acquisition  & engagement based on CRM data base, data-driven insight

     -  Consumer segmentation models & enhanced conversion

     - Coordinate local and global data teams in fixing and improving CRM platform execution excellence  

3) CRM Management

    - Consumer segmentation models & enhanced conversion

            -Coordinate local and global data teams in fixing and improving CRM platform execution excellence  

3.  Requirements

    1)      Academic

•             Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• 
  

   2)    Experience:

•         - A minimum of 2-4 years’ cleient facing or anylyst role or commensurate expeience in conslitng, finnace or other relevant business filed
•         - Hands on Salesforce experience highly preferred (Certifications preferred)  
•

• 
  
•        - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
•        - Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills; must be detail oriented
•          - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adapts to changing situations
•        - Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; fluency is preferred
