[업무내용]
? Monitor sales performance versus the budget/targets and take necessary actions accordingly ? Application in all stores of the retail excellence training (Based on KPI) ? Develop and implement commercial action plans to grow the business e.g. targeting clientele categories (local/tourists), incentive programs, slow movers etc. ? Monitor local trading environment and trends, including competition, tourism, consumer trends ? Work closely with the Finance Department to provide inputs related to sales forecast, headcount requirements, financial requirements, etc., for budgeting and investment planning purposes ? Do negotiation to secure more attractive location with retailer in dept. and shopping mall ? Develop the brand`s business in Korea by identifying potential locations for new stores and provide analysis of potential markets/profitability
Team Management: ? Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff ? Structure the organization of retail activity and allocate responsibilities ? Motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams ? Monitor sales team performance
Store Network: ? Propose layout adjustments as needed to ensure commercial efficiency ? Uphold excellent standards and consistency of customer service ? Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations ? Work closely with the Merchandising Department to ensure that the highest standard of merchandising are maintained at all times
[자격요건] ? Retail, DF, FMCG, Luxury industry backgrounds preferred ? More than 10 years of experiences(at least 6 yrs) in sales, brand operations & management ? People management experience internally & externally ? Retail Experience ? Good level in English speaking and writing
