Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

·     Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget

·     Overall, 8-12 years of experience with minimum of 3-5 of project management Experience

·     Understanding of Energy Systems & Energy Data

·     Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

·     Expert  in MS Excel, PPT & MS Word.

·     Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution.

·     Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

·     Ensure resource availability and allocation

·     Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

·     Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

·     Report and escalate to management as needed

·     Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

·     Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

·     Manage and update project activities as the defined systems

·     Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·     Responsible for the audits (Internal/External)

·     Use and continually develop leadership skills

·     Experience with Agile/SAFe required

·     Understanding of Edge configuration, JAVA, UI/UX, Python, Data Science fundamentals

·     Understanding of software application testing

·     Outstanding communication skill

·     Ability to translate technical requirement to non technical audience effectively.

·     Can able to drive the calls effectively.

Good-to-Have

·       Experience in managing energy management projects and commitments to show saving through energy management

Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager is to make sure all milestones to be met timely. Technical assessment, Validate outcomes with agreed scope of work time to time in order to deliver error free product. Stakeholder management, Client management, People management. Presentation skill, Ability to create effective Power point presentation.
