Summary:
Sales Manager, South Korea plans and implements all product life cycle
management initiatives and activities for South Korea (direct and distributor
markets), including products, software, and service contracts. Establishes
drive growth and increases product revenue and service revenue. This
position directly reports to Managing Director, South Korea and indirectly
reports to Senior Manager, Customer Service Operation and Supply Chain Asia
Pacific Region. Reporting to: Managing

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: ·
Be the first point of contact for any configurations or compatibility questions for installed base upgrade and service contracts
with Sales and Sales Operation teams ·
Responsible
for service contract renewal for existing and future installed base to increase
the service margin in South Korea ·
Track and understand the updates and upgrades roadmap
envisioned for each fiscal year ·
Contribute
to the annual sales operating plan by action consolidated in his/her marketing
plan. Follow its execution during quarterly business reviews. ·
Develop
new sales opportunities and drive sales activities ·
Manage
distributor for Installed Base and system sales · Develop
and maintain an in-depth, comprehensive knowledge and expertise on Service and
Installed Base (IB) product portfolio, including relevant upgrades and be
first-line contact for sales support · Lead
and execute regional marketing strategy for Service including development of marketing, commercialization,
and communication plans ·
Manage
complete regional product lifecycle for the Service and Installed base. · Interact
on a regular basis with the Global Marketing team to contribute to an adapted
IB strategy. ·
Work
with Senior Manager, Customer Service Operation and Supply Chain Asia
Pacific Region to measure Distributor
performance evaluation and financial analysis and pricing strategy ·
Review
the Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback and assign appropriate owners and
track actions ·
Support
the sales force with customer visits, product demonstrations and local meetings
and symposia ·
Interact
on a regular basis with Sales, Operations, Clinical Innovation and Education(CIE)
and marketing communications
Qualifications: ·
Science Degree preferably in Radiation Therapy or medical
discipline ·
At least 5 years of experience in medical device, or clinical
Radiation Therapy or Radiation Surgery setting preferred
- Must have excellent
communication skill and be able to develop positive business relationships with all functional areas within Accuray as
well as the
medical community and Accuray customers.
- Independent worker and able to successfully schedule,
organize and conduct sales visit activities
- in assigned territories.
- Must have
strong analytical and
presentation skills.
- Able to
establish goals and
meet department and
corporate objectives.

Fluent spoken, written English and native in Korean ·
Willing to travel within Korea and overseas(25-50% overseas
travel)
