※ JOB PURPOSE
This position is a new position to fill for well established brand`s new launch in Korea.
As this is launch project for new brand in Korea, you will work as key brand and marketing operation specialists looking after overall projects` executions.
※ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? MUST: MKTG Experience more than 2 years (Art work development/POS development / Communication & in-store execution/ Marketing administrations)
? NICE TO HAVE: Ex-MARS MKTG Experience
? PPT/Excel Skills
? English & Korean Speaker
※ JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. AW development & product availability execution
? Artwork development - claim development, brief to agency, package design, regulatory review, executions with factory and design agency
2. Brand & Launch operation , execution (POS, local brand assets, Deck localization)
? Brand launch assets , POS & display toolkit development and operation
? Agency brief and management
? Dcom content & assets development if needed
? Product Management
? Product operation executions needed to make sell in customers : pack development, barcode, product registration and documentation for customers
? Support on sales operations
3. Marketing/ Business head KR administrative support (research, system & book keeping)
? SAP system operation, include book keeping
? Competitive & Market intelligence update
? KR Sales, performance, business related KPIs data collection and tracking, analysis
1. 브랜드 및 제품 디자인 관리 ? 패키지 디자인, KV, POSM 등의 디자인 및 실무 진행
2. 브랜드 및 제품 온라인 asset 제작 및 개발 - 온라인 상세 페이지, 광고 및 SNS 진행
3. PR 및 Online Viral Agency 관리
4. 제품 관련 MKT admin 업무, 비용 처리 등
5. 제품 관련 매출 등의 자료 정리
※ REQUIREMENT
- 마케팅 업무 1~2년 이상 경험 선호
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 중 이상
- 엑셀 및 PPT 중상 이상
※ JOB CONDITIONS
- 근무시간 : 40 시간/주 (선택적 근로시간제 : 8~10AM 사이 자율 출근)
- 계약기간 : 1년 (정규직 전환과 상관없는 포지션입니다.)
- 급여/복리후생 : 퇴직금, 복지카드 연 230만원 지급, 연차 15개, 병가 5개, 설/추석 선물, 건강검진 등
