Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement effective business strategies to grow the domestic and travel retail business within the country.

·        Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and retailers, while identifying and securing new partnerships to expand the brand`s presence by working deep with local distributor.

·        Oversee the management of online and offline retail operations, ensuring consistency with the brand`s standards and objectives.

·        Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities tailored to the local market.

·        Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

·        Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local regulations and company policies across all business activities.

·        Lead and motivate local distributor to achieve business targets and deliver high performance.

·        Prepare and manage the country`s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize profitability.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders related to the country`s operations.

·        Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business performance, market opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor`s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in retail management and distribution, preferably in Consumer Goods industry.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

·        Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·        Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

·        In-depth knowledge of the local market, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.

·        Proficient in data analysis and financial planning.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

·        Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the country.
