OMEGA Korea is seeking a Travel Retail Executive to spearhead our sales efforts within the travel retail sector. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing orders and inventory, and enhancing the operational efficiency of our boutiques in duty-free environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management (30%)
  1. 1. Develop and manage monthly sell-in budgets for each store.
  2. 2. Consolidate and analyze sell-out inventory data across stores.
  3. 3. Prepare quotations based on sales and stock status for stores and warehouses.
  4. 4. Propose sell-in budgets to Duty-Free (DF) operators.
  5. 5. Oversee all order-related activities using ERP (DF order system) and SAP (SGK order system), including tax invoice issuance.


  • Order Management (20%)
  1. 1. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to assess store demands.
  2. 2. Input demand orders, including out-of-stock items for each store, into SAP.
  3. 3. Coordinate with OMEGA HQ to place orders for duty-free channels.
  4. 4. Manage back orders and open orders from HQ for DF customers.


  • Inventory Management (20%)
  1. 1. Maintain optimal stock levels and core SKUs in stores through sell-in processes or transfers.
  2. 2. Report and manage defective products, coordinating with the logistics and customer service (CS) teams.
  3. 3. Facilitate the return of new, defective, and hidden products to the warehouse and HQ.
  4. 4. Monitor aging stock and execute clearance plans with the travel retail manager and DF buyers.


  • Store Operation (20%)
  1. 1. Assist with store openings, closings, and renovations, including preparation of initial orders and store equipment.
  2. 2. Support in-store advertising, promotional activities, and the ordering and distribution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
  3. 3. Handle customer complaints and support documentation for new employees and retirees.
  4. 4. Coordinate monthly sales staff schedules and manage store expenses and maintenance payments.


  • Report and Administration (10%)
  1. 1. Compile weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for the OMEGA team and Country Manager.
  2. 2. Upload sell-out and inventory data to the Duty-Free Business (DFB) system.
  3. 3. Analyze market trends and support the travel retail manager in building the annual business plan.

Qualifications

  1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. 2. At least 3 years’ experience in travel retail, luxury or watch retail preferred.
  3. 3. Effective communication in English; native-level Korean.
  4. 4. Skilled in ERP(DF Retailers’ order system) systems and MS Office 365 (Especially Excel)
  5. 5. Familiar with sales analysis, including sales figures, incentives, and KPIs.
  6. 6. Capable of project management and budgeting.
  7. 7. Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
