? Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing IP Transit and VPN network product implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
? Daily duties include service provisioning, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and providing network consultancy and data center operation
? Hand-on experience on IP switch/Router
? Sound knowledge in TCP/IP network and WAN/LAN technologies
? Knowledge and experience in ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS/VPN, Layer2 VPN
? Excellent communication and customer service skills in both written and verbal English
Responsibilities
? Work with engineers in APAC HQ to coordinate and execute daily maintenance work
? Responsible for circuit delivery work (IP/Leased Line, etc). Carrying out testing work with tester in partnership with HQ engineers
? To provide technical support with sales representative at customers` end when required
