- Develop consumer
communications strategy the South Korean market and then execute it, including
media planning and buying, consumer promotions, public relations, and
digital/social - Define local creative asset
needs and then work with global creative department to develop them on time - Work closely with the global
marketing departments to leverage best practices and global strategies, while
also ensuring appropriate localization is done for the Korean market - Develop and execute
integrated brand activation strategy for consumers and on/offline retailers in
close partnership with all key croess-functional partners - Provide overall marketing
support to trade marketing and sales teams. - Work closely with South
Korean distributor to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned,
especially on asset needs for trade marketing and in-store displays - Plan annual marketing budget
to achieve the desired brand performance and monitor and control marketing
budget to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for
effective utilization of the investments. - Drive execution of marketing
strategies for the responsible portfolio to meet P&L and market share
goals. - Lead and communicate the
Korea business agenda to the wider business. - Contribute to Group for the
mid-to long term brand development and future NPD pipeline - Support in delivering the
Annual Business Plan that helps the business establish clear strategies and
growth plans. - Support overall brand
category expansion from new product and GTM - Oversee 3rd party agency
relationship and work closely with them to strategically maximize their
performance to drive consistent business result. - Deeply understand the Korean
consumer, the Korean home, and the Korean market - Be involved and embedded in
consumer insights and research studies to inform consumer messaging
- At the time of hiring this position will have no
direct reports; however, as business grows positions will be created that would
report into this role

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력7년↑
- 7~10+
years’ experience in Brand Marketing with preferred category in home electronic
appliciances and FMCG. - Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent - Strong
knowledge for on/offline, brand marketing and media management - Strong
passion to win in a highly competitive market and to move projects ahead to deliver
break through target - Analytical
skills & marketing executional fundamentals - Strong
knowledge in strategic marketing planning, branding and product messaging for
consumer, shopper and professional
- Fluent in both Korean and English.
