Sales Operations Coordinator

담당업무

Client Support & Operation:

  • Liaise with INSEAK client for material-related matters, including localization, format, and other requirements.

  • Collaborate with Technical Operations and Metadata teams at the Home Office to ensure the timely delivery of all necessary materials to digital clients.

  • Coordinate with Tech Ops on material requests and set up a supply chain for digital clients.

  • Keep meticulous track of all material deliveries based on each contract, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Coordinate with DETE (Digital Expansion Team) for onboarding new clients and addressing their specific needs.

  • Handle invoicing and billing processes for materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.

  • Take ownership of Metadata responsibilities, ensuring the accurate and complete representation of content data.

Administration & Support:

  • Provide general ad-hoc day-to-day support as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the sales operations team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, contracts, and materials for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Support team members in various administrative tasks to enhance overall team productivity.


자격요건

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar coordination role.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for coordination and data management.

  • Familiarity with digital content and media industry practices is a plus.
