RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinate marketing & promotional activities
with all parties involved effectively ·
Set up e-mail
interviews, phone, video IDs/content requests, in-market touring and concert
promotions, and key flyaway junkets with Repertoire Owners/artist managements ·
Compile
post-promo/tour reports for labels and regional office ·
Localize &
deliver press releases, biographies, new release pitches and all related assets
internally and externally ·
Build strong
relationships with all the Repertoire Owners, Affiliate Marketing teams, artist
& artist managements to ensure smooth execution of all marketing &
promotional activities Monitor the performance of Warner products and
competitions ·
Monitor local
and international charts ·
Keep track of
relevant products/catalogue updates with the team, including pitching points,
marketing and promotional details, and all related assets ·
Share insightful
competitive checks, new marketing ideas from overseas for suggestion on local
implementations ·
Monitor global
media for artists activities & contents for local exploitation in various
online channels ·
Work with the
team to collate all data for analysis, reporting and presentations Assist International Marketing Director in
formulating the marketing plans for key projects Assist International Marketing Director in
trouble shooting for various issues Support International Marketing Director on
budget and marketing plan, handling partner payments and finance
administrations Help the team in developing and executing
creative marketing & promotional campaigns for Warner artists REQUIREMENTS
: University graduate in Marketing or related
disciplines Minimum 3 years of experience in product
marketing, online marketing or advertising agency environment. Experience in
entertainment industry will be a plus Dynamic, work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build
and maintain strong partnerships with a wide range of people locally, regionally
and globally Organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and
flexible Good at multitasking, strong skills in planning
& organization, time management, and prioritization Passionate about music especially international
music Excellent (Native) spoken and written Korean and
English
